Application of Case Filing

To file a case in a village court, a written application must first be made to the Union Parishad. The application must mention the details of the case, the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of the respondent, the witnesses, and the place of the incident. The application must be submitted to the Chairman of the Union Parishad. The steps required to apply to the Village Court are mentioned below: 1. Written Application: A written application must be prepared to file a case in the Village Court. 2. What must be mentioned in the application: Case Details: A brief description of the incident, which is adjudicable. Name and Address of the Applicant: Name and Address of the person filing the case. Name and Address of the Respondent: Name and Address of the person against whom the case is being filed. Name and Address of the Witness: Name and Address of the witnesses in the case. Place of Incident: Address of the place where the incident occurred. 1. Submission of Application: The application must be submitted to the Chairman of the Union Parishad. 2. Other Documents: National Identity Card or Birth Registration, case documents, photograph, and other necessary documents may need to be attached to the application. 3. Formation of Village Court: After receiving the application, the Chairman of the Union Parishad will take the initiative to form the Village Court. It is worth noting here that village courts are mainly formed to settle minor civil and criminal cases.
