Provision of agricultural land settlement |
The landless person has to apply to the District Commissioner/Upazila Executive Officer along with a court fee of 5 taka along with a photograph. After verification and selection by the Upazila Committee regarding the settlement of agricultural land, a list is recommended for settlement on a priority basis. Later, it is finally approved by the District Committee. |

Single-based license for peripheral markets Payment |
For issuing a license based on the peripheral market, the actual trader has to apply to the Deputy Commissioner/Upazila Executive Officer along with a court fee of 5 taka. After receiving the application, the investigation document is created and sent to the Deputy Commissioner. After the approval of the Deputy Commissioner, the license is issued as per the rules. |

If there is private property adjacent to government land, the boundary is determined by the surveyor upon application to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) by the owner of the private land, who pays a court fee of 5 taka. |
