Registration and deposit rejection

After receiving the application, after due investigation and giving notice to the parties, if there is no objection to the hearing and consideration of the acquisition of rights, approval is granted.

The fees for registration/deposit cancellation are as follows:

Issuance of land ownership certificate

After receiving the application, if there is a record in the applicant's name, subject to proper investigation, a certificate will be issued.

Land development tax

Land owners voluntarily submit the land development tax collection submission on the prescribed receipt based on the insistence of the AAT or the concerned Union Land Assistant Officer.

Settlement and renewal of vested property

After proper investigation, the proposal was sent to the Upazila Executive Officer with the recommendation of the report, which was found to be correct.

Payment of papers

After receiving the land development tax receipt, issue a receipt as per the record.

Class change

After receiving the application, a report is sent to the higher authorities after proper investigation.

Filing of a nomination appeal with the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue)

Provision of agricultural land settlement

The landless person has to apply to the District Commissioner/Upazila Executive Officer along with a court fee of 5 taka along with a photograph. After verification and selection by the Upazila Committee regarding the settlement of agricultural land, a list is recommended for settlement on a priority basis. Later, it is finally approved by the District Committee.

Provision of non-agricultural land settlement

An application must be made to the District Commissioner along with a court fee of 5 taka.

Single-based license for peripheral markets

Payment

For issuing a license based on the peripheral market, the actual trader has to apply to the Deputy Commissioner/Upazila Executive Officer along with a court fee of 5 taka. After receiving the application, the investigation document is created and sent to the Deputy Commissioner. After the approval of the Deputy Commissioner, the license is issued as per the rules.

Determination of boundaries of Khas land

If there is private property adjacent to government land, the boundary is determined by the surveyor upon application to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) by the owner of the private land, who pays a court fee of 5 taka.

Eviction of illegal occupants

If there are illegal occupants on government khas land, upon the application of the Union Land Assistant Officer or any person, the surveyor determines the boundaries and files an eviction case and sends it to the Deputy Commissioner, and the eviction process is carried out on the basis of the order of the Deputy Commissioner.

To convey the possession of leased sand palaces, market places, and water palaces

After receiving the order from the Deputy Commissioner/Upazila Executive Officer of the leased Balumahal, Hat Bazar, Jal Mahal, the possession is transferred by the Union Land Assistant Officer and Surveyor.
